Position: Amazon Connect Business Development Specialist - US Enterprise
Key job responsibilities
- Own the GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Connect in US Enterprise, collaborating with Sales, Partners, End Customers, Marketing, and other Specialists.
- Leverage deep CCaaS expertise to identify key customer problems in the region, driving demand and assisting field teams in solution delivery.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs for adoption, and uncover new opportunities within the domain.
- Develop and execute goals to drive long‑term growth in geography while meeting or exceeding revenue and non‑revenue KPIs.
- Provide customer data and market signals to Worldwide teams to prioritize product development.
