Job Purpose
Serves as a subject matter expert in financial systems and processes. Leads small projects or workstreams, performs complex data analysis, and partners with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements.

Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancementsAnalyze and interpret financial data and system outputsDesign and execute test plans for new features or fixesCollaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutionsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationRequired Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)3+ years of experience in financial systems or business analysisStrong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday)Hands-on experience with financial systems.
