Job summary Business Finance Partner is responsible for having a good overarching understanding of the financial consequences and effects of business decision and be able to translate Financials to business decisions, and vice versa.

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities Close collaboration with other functions with Group Finance to ensure improved quality of internal and external data to enable better business decision making and performance tracking.

Advise the Business Unit in areas related to future state financial performance, including consulting and coaching, forward looking financial insight.

Responsible for transparent and comprehensive presentation of the Business Units through Monthly Business Reviews as well as in other less formal forums.

Supporting the Business Units and their respective subdivisions with appropriate KPI targets, to ensure positive development in the businesses.
