DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist Field Operations Manager and Project Manager in the overall planning & coordination of installation project by reading blueprints, floor plans and installation drawings to determine best method and sequence of installation; in the absence of Project Manager, act on his/her behalf to meet project deadlines. Make daily jobsite visits prior to and during to installations to determine field dimensions and site readiness. Assist Field Operations Manager in the creation of punch list to facilitate project completion. 

· Review job details with Field Operations Manager to ensure all materials and necessary equipment is securely loaded 

· Attend & verify Installation Contract crews are conducting Tool Box/JSA meetings each morning, providing input as needed and stressing the importance following Jobsite rules & regulations, as well as sharing Project and/or safety information from Foreman meetings.
