BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS (FE CLOSER) (BDS):
Responsibilities
Gross Salary: PKR 100K additional bonuses of 25+25=50K (production+attendance+punctuality)
Bonuses:
Punctuality Bonus: PKR 12,500 upon achieving 97% punctuality.
Attendance Bonus: PKR 12,500 upon achieving 97% attendance.
Production Bonus: PKR 25,000 for meeting the set production target.
To qualify for punctuality and attendance bonuses, a Business Development Specialist must achieve a minimum of 25 approved sales, attainable through either:
