**Overview**

As the **Sr. Factory Manager** in the Factory Management (FM) team within Microsoft Device group, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing manufacturing strategies to drive the supply base towards Best-in-Class Manufacturing practices.

To be successful in this position, this individual must effectively collaborate with both the contract manufacturer and a variety of peer groups across the organization, including, but not limited to New Product Introduction, Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Quality, and Hardware Development.
