Oversee and manage the procurement and contract process for indirect materials, services, and supplies, including capex purchase, engineering parts, MRO, consumables, IT equipment, facilities management, annual service and agreement.
Coordinate and facilitate procurement processes including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, vendor development/management and P2P cycle.
Release PO, follow up for the delivery, liaison with Freight forwarder and customs agents, track the shipment until delivered to store.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and promote sustainable sourcing.
Have global market knowledge & gather market analysis and commodity information to support strategic decisions.
