**Job Purpose and Impact**

**This role is aligned to our Animal Nutrition and Health business based at Doddaballapur, Bangalore.**

The Senior Executive – Plant Administration will supervise administrative and secretarial employees to ensure effective office support. In this role, you will set priorities for the team to complete tasks, coordinate work with other supervisors and multiple less complex office and administrative processes related to customer requests, arrange for meeting coordination and logistics, security procedures, management of office inventory and mailroom or print services.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Assign and monitor typing and related administrative and secretarial work.
+ Coordinate a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the office.
