Key Responsibilities
- Sales Acquisition: Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks including property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
- Market Presence: Actively attend developer project launches, property exhibitions, and roadshows to capture leads.
- Cross-Selling: Promote other banking products such as credit cards and insurance (MRTA/MLTA).
- End-to-End Processing:
- Conduct initial interviews with applicants (KYC - Know Your Customer).
- Collect and verify financial documents (income statements, EPF, etc.).
- Perform data entry into the bank's lending system (e.g., LOAD$).
- Follow up on loan approvals and ensure the Letter of Offer is signed by the customer.
