1. Key Responsibilities
Sales Acquisition: Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks including property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
Market Presence: Actively attend developer project launches, property exhibitions, and roadshows to capture leads.
Cross-Selling: Beyond mortgages, you are expected to promote other banking products such as credit cards, and insurance (MRTA/MLTA).
End-to-End Processing: * Conduct initial interviews with applicants (KYC - Know Your Customer).
Collect and verify financial documents (income statements, EPF, etc.).
Perform data entry into the bank's lending system (e.g., LOAD$).
