Responsibilities
Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in the management of the operations and administrative functions to deliver the clinical departmentβs shared goal and overall strategic objectives. You will assist in the development and implementation of clinical services and programmes, whilst ensuring compliance to the standards of operations. Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and generating performance reports are essential work areas. You will also be involved in conducting periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement.
