1. Blue Collar Recruitment
- Execute bulk hiring for shop-floor manpower (operators, technicians, contract workforce).
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local sources for timely closures.
- Conduct initial screenings, trade tests, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure alignment with production requirements.
2. Blue Collar Training & Development
- Identify training needs for shop-floor employees in coordination with production teams.
- Organize induction programs, safety training, and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support multi-skilling and productivity enhancement initiatives.
