+ Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers responsible for MW-scale wind turbine power converter design and development.
+ Set team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with subsystem, product, and business objectives.
+ Lead development of power converter systems across concept, design, validation, industrialization, and lifecycle support.
