Job Summary
As a Senior Sustaining Test Engineer, you are expected to do test data analysis, provide testing related dispositions on Manufacturing/Production abnormalities in Final Test and Circuit/Wafer Probing.You will drive qualification and buy-off for test hardware and tooling, product, test program and system to be deployed for mass production.You will take project initiatives on test improvements, test program revision updates and releases.Perform test engineering experiments and studies on test hardware and tooling, products, ATE and test progra...
