Responsibilities
/ Accountabilities:
Test Development & OwnershipOwn end‑to‑end ATE test development, including test hardware development, DFT, software development, and continuous optimizationDevelop, debug, and maintain test programs on ATE platforms such as DMDX, ETS88 (LTX-ac experience is a strong plus)Define and optimize test coverage, test time to meet quality and cost targetsDrive NPI to HVM test readiness, including qualification, correlation, and release decisionsServe as a technical escalation point for yield loss, test escapes, and system‑level failuresPerform deep root cause analysis across tester, handler, probe card, and device interactionsLead yield improvement, test time reduction, and capacity optimization initiatives in HVMWork closely with OSATs and internal manufacturing teams to ensure stable high‑volume productionDebug and supp...
