Position Overview
As a ServiceNow Engineer in our Global Technology Solutions department, you will be responsible for the design, development, administration and operations support of the ServiceNow platform. This role combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with platform administration and production support responsibilities to ensure stability, scalability and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow ecosystem aligned with the companys objectives.
The engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders, platform owners and engineering teams to implement solutions while also participating in production support rotation and on call responsibilities to maintain platform reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, integrations and scripts.
