Sr. Engineer - QA/QC (Mech/E&I)-Offshore
Penspen is urgently looking for Senior Engineer - QA/QC (Mech/E&I) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards (API, ASME, ISO).Review and approve ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and QA/QC procedures.Conduct site inspections for piping, equipment installation, welding, and mechanical completion.Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements.Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on quality matters.Witness and verify testing activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test, etc.)Perform and witness insp...
