The NAND Process Integration Team sets the direction for current and future CMOS PPA technology for Micron’s NAND Memory Technology Roadmap! Together with your peers, you craft and implement our NAND-CMOS roadmap and make sure to align to product roadmaps.

**Position Overview** **:**

Drive co‑optimization of CMOS devices, process integration, IC/custom circuits, and Interconnect to meet PPAC targets. Work closely with PI, Device, Design, and Modeling teams to translate product needs into technology targets, design rules, and models for PDK enablement.
