Configure and install network printers and troubleshoot their problems.
Install new software and upgrade PC hardware when needed.
Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and PC's problems.
Know the problem that related to software or hardware and troubleshoot to solve it for any user and create the IT environment for the user just joining the company.
Requirements
+5 Years of Experience in IT Helpdesk
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
