Key Responsibilities

• Drive BPM initiatives and support Run & Improve activities across Supply Chain processes.
• Develop and automate Supply Chain metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories using Azure DevOps.
• Work with BPM portals, metric repositories, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with data governance teams on metric definitions, lineage, and trusted data sources.
• Support Agile POD delivery and stakeholder enablement initiatives.
