As a **Senior Director Strategy - Software** here at Honeywell, you will lead critical strategic initiatives and support long-term growth through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide software and ARR growth strategies, defining multi-year plans that accelerate Honeywell’s transition to recurring, OpEx-based business models.

You will report to the SVP & Chief Strategy Officer and work out of either our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
