**Role Summary**
The Sr. Director Sales – India is responsible for leading and growing CommScope’s company’s broadband business across India market. This role has full P&L ownership and oversees strategy, sales, operations, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth, market penetration, and service excellence.

**Strategic Leadership**
+ Develop and execute the country business strategy fully aligned with regional and global objectives.
+ Identify market opportunities in fixed broadband, wireless, enterprise connectivity, datacentre interconnect and digital services.
+ Drive market entry, expansion, and competitive positioning in the India telecom landscape.
