Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice‑President, Client Operations, the Senior Director of Credit Processing Services is accountable for delivering sustainable operational excellence through innovative, data‑driven, resilient, lean scalable services across multiple operations units. The Senior Director designs and executes a strategy that delivers operational excellence, client experience, continuous improvement, accelerated automation and digitization, and cultivates a positive environment. The Senior Director is responsible for managing the Credit Processing Services Large Corporate, Agency and Trade Finance Operations teams. As the Senior Director of Operations Management, you will be accountable for the strategic direction of these teams.
