The Head of North America Facilities and Real Estate will play a key leadership role in the development and management of Broadridge’s facilities and real estate operations with a key focus on our headquarters in New York City and Newark, New Jersey. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term capital planning, project roadmaps, project management, and facilities management and centralization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.
