Job Description
An employer is seeking a Sr. Director, North America Operations in the Batavia, OH area. As the Director of North America Operations, you will develop and implement operational strategies, manage site leadership teams, drive performance metrics, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in scaling operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth across all sites. In this role, you will be based in the Afton facility and oversee all daily North American operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity metrics are met.

Reporting Structure – This person will report directly to the VP, Global Operations.
