Job Description

This position, based in Singapore, is an opportunity to join our global Legal Risk Sustainability Compliance (LRSC) team as Senior Director, Corporate & M&A supporting the APAC region. This position reports to the VP & AGC, Global Corporate & M&A, who is based in Texas, USA. As part of the global LSRC team, this position partners closely with the Company’s Corporate functions to manage all aspects of corporate (non-commercial) legal work and with the Company’s global Acquisitions & Investments Team on M&A and JV transactions across the APAC region. Additionally, this attorney will support the Company’s SREIT vehicle, an SGX-listed entity, and the Company’s JVs in APAC.

Responsibilities
