Lead the end‑to‑end product launch and market strategy for Medtronic’s medical devices in a set region. Coordinate with field sales to maximize product adoption, develop field activities, and deliver training and messaging. Drive strategic initiatives across cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets and market differentiation.
