Senior Director, Design and Construction

Will be responsible for all areas north of Denver to Fort Collins.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities, Design and Construction, the Senior Director of Design and Construction is accountable for leading the planning, design, and construction of capital projects across an assigned UCHealth region. The Senior Director provides leadership for the regional capital project portfolio and oversees multiple Directors of Design and Construction responsible for project delivery across facilities within the region.

The role ensures that capital projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
