**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Bass Pro Shop is looking for a highly motivated and creatively inspiring Senior Digital Creative Designer. The role of the Senior Digital Creative Designer will be responsible for the initial concept and development of engaging creative for Bass Pro digital channels that include but are not limited to homepages, emails, site assets, social media, and additional site projects. This position calls for a strong sense of design, the ability to take and lead initiatives, an understanding of brand storytelling through product and ideas, and have a natural ability to work well amongst a team. The candidate should have experience working within the responsive digital space, excellent concepting and problem-solving skills, present work at a high level, and positively take critical feedback.
