Assist merchandising teams in developing & scaling Time & Action Calendars. Lead and drive team to successfully meet all calendar milestones; assist in troubleshooting daily production issues with team members and factory as they arise. Complete T&A Management & Execution.
Lead daily closing & weekly WIP Production meeting, communicating all production and delivery updates to customer functional teams.
Maintain transparent client communication and follow-up on development, production & inquiries.
Monitor performance and meet business sales targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering / Marketing or a related field.
8+ years’ experience in merchandising, minimum 03 years experience of team leading and supervision.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
