Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Demand Planner who is passionate about demand planning and comfortable working with data to analyze trends and improve forecast accuracy. This person will be responsible for generating customer- and category-level forecasts while driving continuous improvements in demand accuracy through process enhancements such as demand sensing, shaping techniques, and customer-level forecasting. On a daily basis, this individual will analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and seasonal performance to build accurate weekly and monthly forecasts. They’ll coordinate closely with sales, brand, supply chain, and key retail partners to align on forecasts, support new product introductions, and assess the impact of market changes or significant forecast variances.
