As a **Senior Customer Experience Specialist** here at **Honeywell Building Automation** , you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).
