Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Sr. Crew Chiefs/Survey Managers to add to our team in 2026, to lead field survey operations for heavy civil infrastructure (highway/bridge), and p0wer/energy projects around the US. You will play an integral role in leading survey teams on projects that range from $50M to $1Billion on highway projects, bridge projects, power projects and water/wastewater projects, working within tight tolerances and ensuring accuracy in the field. Our Survey Managers play an integral role in establishing and maintaining methods for a safe, accurate and efficient survey and control on our projects.
