**Key Responsibilities**

As Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will generally support the federal, and potentially some state, regulatory functions of MISO, which may include:

+ Researching and drafting filings for submission to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
+ Reviewing, interpreting, and revising the MISO Tariff and Business Practices Manuals.
+ Reviewing, interpreting, and advising on laws, rulings, and regulations.
+ Collaborating and partnering with varied business personnel to evaluate, support, and further business objectives.
+ Collaborate with other employees to ensure effective communication, operational excellence, and a high level of customer service, both with internal and external stakeholders.
