**Sr Coordinator customer quality Excellence**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary Quality (QA) contact for customers and internal stakeholders
+ Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer quality requests (e.g. questionnaires, quality statements, technical issues)
+ Support and coordinate customer complaint handling in line with quality standards and customer expectations
+ Build and maintain strong Customer QA relationships, supporting global and regional key accounts
+ Drive continuous improvement of customer QA processes, tools, and standard documentation
+ Provide QA support to sales, marketing, and cross‑functional projects, representing the customer quality voice internally
