Responsible for improving the productivity, efficiency and flow of manufacturing processes by eliminating waste.
Your role:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, controls, and production flows to improve efficiency, safety, and cost management.Analyze production data, engineering specs, and schedules to define effective systems integrating people, materials, machines, and energy.Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring proper staffing, capabilities, adherence to business processes, and CAPEX accountability.Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting CAPA, CIPs, sourcing decisions, make‑or‑buy analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive plant‑level transformation, innovation, automation, an...
