This role is ideal for an electrical engineer who drives understanding across new product development teams as they navigate how electrical safety, emissions, and efficiency impacts the design of Kohler products for sale in North America and globally. The right candidate will bring strong technical judgment, familiarity with North American electrical compliance expectations, and an ability to connect those requirements to global frameworks such as IEC and ISO. They will help guide our teams through the challenges of bringing safe, compliant, and innovative electrical products to market.
