Job Description
:Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Senior Compensation Consultant is a senior-level compensation professional who provides advanced analytical expertise, advice, and solutions in support of Total Rewards, HR and business priorities. They will additionally manage projects and workstreams to support the design, enhancement, and implementation of Sun Life compensation programs. The role requires strong technical compensation capability, sound judgment and the ability to translate data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights and recommendations.
