A well-established, privately owned country hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join its kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong CDP ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous looking for a fresh challenge within a quality-driven environment.
The Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
