**Job Summary**

The **Senior Café Manager** is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a high-volume corporate dining operation, overseeing all café services from opening through close. This hands-on, high-visibility leadership role directs the execution of breakfast and lunch service for up to 1,000 guests daily while managing, coaching, and developing a team of up to 20 associates.
