Job Account abilities
1. Execute Orders & Coordinate Expediting
a. Prepare and release Request for Quote for the items on receipt of Purchase Requisition from
site / user team.
b. Study offers from vendors, matching and validation the correctness of technical requirement
given by use and technical speciation given by vendor, and prepare a comparative statement
to aid in selection of vendors, optimization of price and other commercial terms
c. Coordinate with user in cases of detail Technical Bid Evaluation required for any items.
d. Participate in commercial negotiation with vendors.
e. Negotiate & finalize price for items covered under this role’s limits
f. Assist to Buying Manager for finalizing the deal with the vendor in case the deal is above a
certain amount/close the deal with vendor in case the value is below a certain amount.
