**Description**

**Summary**

Accountable for the definition, prioritization, and delivery of high‑value technology and data initiatives within one or more enterprise value streams. Operates as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and external delivery partners to translate business strategy into executable backlogs and delivered outcomes. Ensures alignment to enterprise standards, delivery predictability, and realization of business value while operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) and hybrid delivery environment. This role is accountable for governing priorities, scope, and delivery commitments across ARTs and project‑based initiatives.
