Maintain client documentation, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) with any amendments, Statements of Work (SOW) with any addendums, and security and compliance documentation.
Manage rate cards and ensure documentation is up to date.
Maintain partner documentation, including MSAs with any amendments and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Manage documentation packs for allocated partner consultants, including SOWs, NDAs, etc.
Maintain and manage contractor documentation, including contract documents.
Weekly PMO Activities
Generate and share weekly project timesheet reports with relevant stakeholders.
Update and share weekly budget tracking reports.
Handle fortnightly invoicing for RX and share information with required stakeholders.
