DUTIES: Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Support GO management reporting, including contributions to enterprise CRS reporting and recurring staff meetings. Develop and coordinate presentations and management communications for internal stakeholders and C-suite executives. Coordinate planning and production of materials for town halls, leadership offsites, and special events. Coordinate global GO organizational announcements. Support development and execution of a multiplatform communication strategy using Collaborate, SharePoint, and e-newsletters to inform staff of key initiatives and programs.
