Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project.
Tasks include:
Carry out requirements gathering, documenting functional requirements as workable tasksContribute to teams in both waterfall and agile environmentsContribute to gathering and documenting functional requirements, using epics, user stories, sprints, etc.Schedule follow-ups with various lines of business in requirements gathering processContribute to technical analysis, interacting with developers and technical teamsBridge gaps between functional lines of business and technical teams and support understanding through testing effortsEstimated Start date: April
Work mode: Remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region
