Our client is looking for Sr. Azure & Virtualization Specialist to support a migration project for an Energy company.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure & Virtualization Specialist to support a high-impact project focused on migrating and modernizing their virtual desktop infrastructure. This initiative involves transitioning to Azure Local VDI and overhauling the existing Citrix environment.

Must Have

• 5+ years of proven experience with Azure Local VDI (mandatory)
• Robust background in virtualization technologies, including Citrix
• Hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure and services
• Familiarity with Microsoft‑certified Azure Local hardware requirements
• Experience in VDI design, architecture, and implementation
• Ability to assess risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, particularly E5
