You will be responsible to provide general legal support to Honeywell and its different businesses and legal entities, including Corporate Governance, compliance, and transactional work. You will be also responsible to lead, develop, help negotiate and close, challenging and complex legal contracts with customers and interact with our clients’ legal departments as well as external/specialized legal firms. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the Company and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will keep abreast of industry-specific regulations and ensuring that appropriate risk management strategies are in place. Strong experience with Maquiladoras legal operations is mandatory.
