About the role: The Sr Associate / Lead for the STEM Education Program will oversee the implementation of the program in schools. Operational know-how, effective trainer management, strong stakeholder relations, and effective data handling will ensure success in the role toward supporting Bhumis vision and mission. About the Program: The STEM Education program is a three-year intervention focusing on improving the capacity of the students and teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring that it impacts each student in the intervening grades.
