Position Overview
The **Sr. Associate Director of Development** is responsible for securing major gifts to support Johns Hopkins University and its divisions or departments. The Sr. Associate Director of Development will manage the full life cycle of their portfolio of ($1M+), high potential prospects and donors, implementing strategic fundraising plans, and working collaboratively with university leadership, faculty, staff, and colleagues to achieve fundraising goals. The Sr. Associate Director of Development will focus on securing gifts of $100,000 and above. This position requires travel and meetings on and off campus during regular and non-traditional business hours and is expected to operate with high levels of autonomy.
