Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales, volume & distribution targets in the HORECA segment.
• Acquire premium & mid-scale hotels, fine-dining restaurants, cafés, clubs, and caterers.
• Build long-term relationships with purchase heads, F&B managers, chefs & hotel GMs.
• Ensure product placement, menu listings, and visibility in all active outlets.
• Manage and expand HORECA distributors for smooth supply.
• Track daily orders, stock flow, credit, and secondary sales
. • Conduct market visits, competitor checks, price tracking, and outlet activation.
• Drive sampling, promotions, and brand visibility at key HORECA touch points.
